Meet Kaitlyn: Picture Perfect in a Hayley Paige Gown

Well, I’ve heard it said that Mid-Western women make terrific models. After all, Cindy Crawford is from Illinois and Christie Brinkley was born in Michigan. Well, move over Cindy and Christie and meet Kaitlyn from Northern Ohio. She fell in love with a Hayley Paige dress and we fell in love with her in the dress. And we think she looks even better than the Hayley Paige model!

Kaitlyn and her husband Chris were married on July 5th. For her big day, she chose Londyn by Hayley Paige. It’s a fantastic gown that is whimsical, girly, flirty and fun. And despite its voluptuously full skirt, it has a very simple ball gown silhouette. Kaitlyn shared this about her Mimi’s Bridal experience:

I began my search for dresses online. I found a dress on the Hayley Paige website that I thought was the one. Mimi’s was the only bridal store that had the dress in the surrounding area.

When my mom and I arrived, it was to our surprise that they were having a Hayley Paige trunk show. I was truly unsure what would look good on me so I let my consultant Najla do what she does best. The second gown I tried on was Londyn and it was beautiful! And to my surprise, I had that bridal moment that so many brides talk about! I looked at my mom and I just knew this dress was the one for me. We paired the dress with a stunning belt and beautiful veil.

One of the most memorable moments throughout my wedding planning was going to Mimi’s with my mom for alterations. We always had so much fun. Rasha and the alterations department were amazing. We were able to customize aspects of my dress to turn it into exactly what I wanted on my special day. I continue to receive compliments on my dress and am so happy with my choice. The ladies at Mimi’s are truly talented!

Both Kaitlyn and Chris grew up outside of Toledo, but didn’t meet until their college years while working at Cracker Barrel. Kaitlyn said it was truly “love at first sight”.

Kaitlyn is an occupational therapist with a BS and Masters from Eastern Michigan University. Chris works in human resources and has a degree in Business Management from the University of Toledo.
