Mimi’s has had many brides who visited many other salons and tried on dozens of gowns. Their search is a journey and finding the perfect wedding dress isn’t easy for them. But then there’s Candice!

It started with a photo of a Liancarlo gown Style #5862 on Pinterest. She went to the Liancarlo website and discovered that Mimi’s is the only vendor in Michigan who carries this designer. She made an appointment for a Liancarlo trunk show when she was told the gown will only be with us for a short period. Candice said:
I showed up, tried it on, and SOLD! As soon as I put it on, I knew it was The One. I felt so beautiful and it looked timeless. My mom said I looked like an angel. I put on a veil and a belt with the gown and I truly felt like a bride! This was the best feeling ever!

My experience at Mimis was outstanding! I have never had that much attention lavished on me in my life. Rasha and her alterations team made me feel so comfortable. They reassured me that everything was going to be perfect and it sure was. I recommend them to any bride. They truly care about every single detail. Thank you so much for making me feel like a bride.

Candice and her new husband, Brian, were married this past September at the Shenandoah Country Club in West Bloomfield, MI. She grew up in Bloomfield Hills and attended Oakland University where she studied Communications. She’s an Esthetician (notice her perfect hair and makeup that’s to die for). Brian also grew up in Bloomfield Hills and works in the hotel business. They met through mutual friends and there was an instant connection. Candice said “I knew he was the one because I can be myself and know that no one else matters but him. He’s my best friend.”

Thanks, Candice, for all of the kind words about us. We loved getting you ready for your wedding day. Your photos are so beautiful. Best wishes to you and Brian for many years together!
