Happy One-Year Anniversary, Natalie and Jon!

One year ago today, our beautiful bride Natalie married Jon at Stone Oak Country Club in Holland, Ohio. Natalie looked amazing in Hayley Paige’s Kira gown for a soft, feminine and romantic look. Viewing these photos makes me love outdoor weddings even more. Everything is so lush, green and full of sunshine, perfect compliments to Natalie’s gown. We asked her why she decided on this dress and here is what she said:

Mimi’s was the first and only bridal store I visited. I loved all of the Hayley Paige dresses I had seen online. At the salon, I tried on only a couple of dresses. I asked about different parts of dresses and my consultant was able to put all of my crazy requests together in Kira. I loved my gown because it was customized to exactly what I was looking for.

On our wedding day, I remember the moment I put the dress on. All of my visions about hair, jewelry, belt and dress came together. The gown fit like a glove that

day and I was happier than ever before at how it turned out.

The customization that Natalie’s referring to is the straps and back of the gown. This dress is actually strapless and has an optional lace bolero jacket to go with it. We were able to re-style the jacket by attaching it to the gown and create straps.

So, how did Natalie meet her handsome husband? They were set up on a blind date by one of their mutual friends. Natalie told us that both she and Jon are people who try to make the best of any situation so they both agreed to go on the date. Natalie said,

“Well, this situation turned out to be an amazing date and an immediate connection. We started dating and spending as much time as possible with each other, and as they say, the rest is history!”
